Which mod makes NPCs give you an offer to whore yourself out to them?

I seem to have a mod that can make an NPC randomly ask my pc to whore herself out to them for gold when she passes by them. They would say "I've got 50 gold coins, will you spread your legs for me whore?" in silent texted dialogue. Then you get a messagebox for accepting or declining. I have a lot of mods and despite knowing what all of them do in general, it's hard to know every detail of every mod, especially if there is no obvious mcm setting for a feature. So I'm asking if anyone recognizes this event and can tell me which mod it is?

I have Public Whore, which has an off-duty approach chance, but according to someone in the support thread it only happens in cities where you served as PW before, and I didn't serve anywhere yet in my game. So it's unlikely that this is what triggers unless it's a bug.

A text search utility like Notepad++ can find that for you. Have it search through all esp, esl and esm files in all mods for a bit of the dialogue.
