My followers keep getting stuck in cells

I use UMF on Xbox, and I’ve been able to get them all in the same room, but they won’t follow me out of any cells, they just get stuck.

I had the same issue with Meeko earlier in the playthrough, but I sorted him reloading. Now both him and another follower are stuck.

Does anyone know how I could fix this?
