WW Strip Club - Bartenders won't bartend

I found a strip club that I built in my saves files and decided to give it another go. I placed it from the gallery fully furnished. When I hover over the bar, it says it's fully supplied. I hired dancers and put two of them to work the two bars. I have tried everything and I cannot get these hos to serve a damn drink. They wave with a question mark thought bubble over their head. 

 

Things I have tried:

 

• Resetting sims
• Resetting bar
• Cheating sim mixology skill to max
• Cheating all sim skills to max
• Replacing the bar with a new bar
• Replacing the bar with a different bar
• Replacing the bar with a custom bar
• Replacing the barstools
• Removing the barstools
• Swapping out the bartenders
• Having my sim tend the bar
• Removing all mods except WW

 

I am at the tearing my hair out stage of attempting to solve the issue. Please help.

This isn't just a strip club issue, it's any bar. Once bartenders raise their mixology enough, they will focus almost entirely on doing bar tricks, and will never be available to serve anyone anything. The only solutions I'm aware of are to cheat your bartender's skill back down to zero, or to send your experienced bartender out to strip, and put a newbie behind the bar.

It didn't work before I cheated their skill, that's why I cheated it. Nobody will serve drinks behind the bar. They're not even doing tricks. They just stand there on their phone, or they pick up the shaker then put it straight back down again.

Hmm, that's a new one. Could it be a design issue? Maybe customers can't route to the bar? I don't know. I see the high-skill bartender problem all the time, but I haven't yet experienced a problem with low-skill tenders, so I'm not sure. In my strip club, I regularly "retire" the experienced bartenders into post-strip club family life, and replace them with new ones. For story purposes of course. And that works for me. Sounds like you got something else going on.

I'm actually having the same issue. I tried multiple things myself and nothing is working. I'm at a loss here.
