Don't get me wrong.

Your clothes look really good. But flat nipples are like 2017, especially considering WW Body Selector where you can set up Sims with all kinds of bodies like Allure, Magicbot V7, EVE 10, the bodies from Noir or even the WW standard body. The blender files are mostly available from them.

I get that you may want to stay close to Maxis but for that there is also EA HD body from Noir with Nipple and Genital Details. Noir also provides upper bodies with flat nipples for the dressed state if that may be an issue to avoid clipping but same body also with nipple details.

Especially the topless/undressed versions I will never use because of that which is a shame as they would be great.
