Playable Sophitia Creation: Pick Sophitia Alexandra Race, load Sophitia Alexandra Preset (she's bald, use the wig), enjoy. If face looks strage, import the Sophitia Alexandra Head Sculpt.

 

Follower Location: Temple of Kynareth (Whiterun) or console command: help Sophitia -> player.placeatme [Sophitia number id] Or Modex.
