How to disable CBPC belly bulge and enable SMP belly bulges?

OK, so I've learned that apparently there is SMP belly bulges, but I don't know how to activate it, and CBPC bulges aren't good, very erratic movement. Does anyone know how to enable SMP belly bulges? I've looked everywhere and couldn't find any thing about them!
