TNG Loincloth Problem

I got TNG to work and it's requirements before. But then I installed some combat animations. Now I have the loincloth. I doubt it's the combat mods. So I go to the mod page and it said something about malebody0/1.nif

Conflict. I go to mo2 to the tng mod and see if there's a Conflict with the malebody nif file. But I don't see any conflicts.I would show my modlist but im typing this on my phone right now but I'm going though. If there's a solution for this please help. Thanks in advance
