Custom Sims Character Request/Services

Hey guys, I’m looking for someone who takes custom sim character requests that actually does quality work. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find anything for the specific character I’m wanting, or someone that does good (enough for my standards) work. The creators on Fiverr are, not to be rude but- not appealing to my liking. Could someone recommend any solid creators to me?
