The Ancient Profession - FDOSS

Distributes 120 Outfits from 21 Armors to all 4 brothels - Courtesans/Madams and Customers, through the cycle of FDOSS.

 

If you do not know FDOSS you can give This Post a quick read.

 

Outfit Screenshots are too large (Max 2MB) to post on Loverslab. If you want to see all outfits involved with mod, download the optional screenshots file, or simply refer to the original post.

 

Original Post - The Ancient Profession - FDOSS

 

 

Not Compatible with TAP Interiors mod. Wardrobes and Dibella Statue in Whiterun will be out of place.

 

If you are missing a single requirement, the game will not load the Plugin and the mod will not work. Check with your mod manager you are not missing any requirements, or if manually doing it work your way down carefully.

 

 

Quick Test to see FDOSS working: Fast travel to one brothel, acknowledge all outfits being worn by who, Fast Travel to another brothel acknowledge all outfits being worn by who. Now fast travel back to the first brothel you were at see if the outfits change. Fast travel back to the second brothel and see if the outfits changed.

 

Black Briar Brothel:

Theme - Sexy Robes

36 Outfits for the Courtesans, and they all wear Maya Earrings, Bronze Bracelets and Armlets, Tree Crystal necklace, and Black Bloom Heels

Fryssa has her own Wardrobe - with black hair and red highlights, and has Gold Bellybar and Shield Ring Nipple Piercings. Fryssa does not wear the 2 Blue Robe Outfits and kimono outfits

Elsa has her own Wardrobe - with Steel Bellybar and Small Barbell Nipple Piercings. Elsa does not wear the 4 Robe Bra Outfits

Morami the Dark Elf only wears Robe Outfits

There are 3 added Wardrobes in the room behind the bar, where the courtesans get changed before starting their shift, where you will find all the clothing the courtesans use in this mod. Each of the Wardrobes have "BenjenFaction" Ownership, meaning: If you do not work there it will count as stealing. If you do work there you can take stuff no problem.

 

Dibella's Garden Whiterun:

- Theme - Fancy Dress

- 19 Outfits for the Courtesans and they all wear Alysia Jewellery and Black Cidney Heels

- Madam Jerna wears her own 3 Outfits from Queen Marika's Dress and Wench Wardrobe, with Gold Bellybar and Fancy Shield Nipple Piercings

- There are 3 added Wardrobes, behind the cupboards behind the bar, filled with the clothing the Courtesans of Dibella's Garden Whiterun wear. "DibellasGardenFaction" Ownership, meaning: If you do not work there it will count as stealing. If you do work there you can take stuff no problem.

 

Dibella's Garden Solitude:

- Theme - Dibellan

- 16 Outfits for the Courtesans and they all wear Amulet of Dibella, Dibellan Robes and Mia White Heels

- Madam Eliana wears her own 6 Outfits from Queen Marika's Dress, with an Amulet of Dibella also

- There is an added Wardrobe, downstairs beside the bed, filled with the clothing the Courtesans of Dibella's Garden Solitude wear. "DibellasGardenFaction" Ownership, meaning: If you do not work there it will count as stealing. If you do work there you can take stuff no problem.

 

 

Dibella's Garden Windhelm:

- Theme - Poor

- 21 Outfits for the Courtesans and they all wear Spartacus Bracelets and Brown Sandals

- Madam Sonje wears her own 6 Outfits from DD Tara Dress, with Blue Heart Necklace, Silver Leaf Earrings and Gold Ring Thin Nipple Piercings

- I did not add any wardrobes for Dibella's Garden Windhelm, as the brothel does not supply clothing for it's workers.

 

Instructions for Install and Download

  • Install all Requirements

  • Batch Build everything in Bodyslide

  • Install the FDOSS mod

 

Safe to Install/Remove Mid Game

Mod and all Mod's Requirements are all ESP-FE (Except Apachii Store)

 

F.A.Q

Q. NPCs spawn naked in game.

Build Bodyslide. Make sure you have correct requirements listed below.

Q. I don't want a particular outfit distributed in my game.

A. Open _DISTR file, and remove the lines in all paragraphs of the outfit you don't wish to see.

Q. Can I see a specific outfit distributed more than others.

Open _DISTR file, and change the number to higher or lower, whatever your preferance.

 

For Best Results with OStim with keeping bits of clothing on through scenes, select the Partial Undressing Option in OStim's Undressing Submenu in MCM. In scene use Undressing Options as you see fit.

Nice one, thank you.

 

Any chance you could make a version supporting TAP Interiors mod? The new wardrobes seem to be a bit of an issue with that one on. Or maybe a patch without the new wardrobes at all; the outfits could perhaps be placed in one of the existing containers.

I can't get this to work at all. I installed all of the outfit mods except for apachii and the high heels one, built them in bodyslide and installed this mod but all npcs in the brothel in-game still have the default outfits on.

@adoiad you do not install all requirements and then wonder why the mod does not work :)

The game will not load the Plugin into the game if you are missing a single requirement.

Therefore check with your mod organizer that you are not missing any requirements.

@Vorpallion I do not use the Interiors mod because I run a large 4000+ mods load order, and the full ESP slot is not worth it for me.

Making the patch all again would be a half hour job for something I will not use.

Make the choice of either using this FDOSS or Interiors mod.

 

Edit: If you know your way around CK you can delete the wardrobes, and Dibella statue from Whiterun.

@Triberzis Well I tried to remove the apachii items from the _DIST like you said and hoped that the file would work without those but they contain many paragraphs and even if I removed all the apachii and high heel references, which I'm sure I probably missed some, I don't know if it would work. I really don't want the apachii store in my game. 

 

I don't suppose you could have a FOMOD or some other way of selecting only the outfits we want to use? I already installed most of the outfits included just to use for this mod, I only had a couple of them already installed. I just don't want apachii at all.

The Skyrim Plugin File and the DISTR file are 2 seperate things. You will still need apachii to fulfill the requirements for the plugins file.

As for the FOMOD, if I were to do this option, I would be including every individual outfit, instead of the merged 1 plugin, in other words you would be adding over 100 ESP-FE plugins....

 

The only reason Apachii is needed is for the outfits for the Brothel Customers. If you were to remove these manually from the plugin with XEdit or CK, you could play without Apachii.

I don't suppose it would be as simple as just removing the apachii plugin from your mod in XEdit. I'd have to remove each apachii outfit from the brothel customers? How many are we talking? Because I don't want to start doing that if I have to go through dozens of npcs and outfits and then end up potentially missing some anyway. And what about the Vionysos Designer Shoe mod? I also didn't want that, so I'd have to remove any references to that as well?

@adoiad you can just remove from plugin, no need to touch the DISTR them outfits will just get skipped I think.

As for Vionysos, idk why you would skip this small mod when it is ESP-FE and does not do anything to game like Apachii adds building...

If you removed Vionysos Shoe Pack I think all Solitude Courtesans would wear standard vanilla clothes.

Removing Apachii just removes some Brothel Customers outfits so its not big deal

@Triberzis Okay. I will try that. I guess I will just install Vionysos too. I didn't want it because I don't like how they look, I would prefer the prostitutes just be barefoot but if they get skipped altogether without it, I may just install it anyway. 

 

I tried to open FDOSS in XEdit to remove the apachii master but I can't even view it in XEdit without the missing master activated it seems. 😕

@adoiad I dont see why you are acting like Apachii has virus? lol

Download the mod, clean the references, and delete it again.
