How do I get body physic that bounce like these:

This is an issue that bother me a lot,I try to reinstall 3ba and change the setting but I can't achieve  same effect in the video

Is there any setting that i need to change  manually? Or I just got the wrong animation and body type?

If you're using a hybrid physics setup but don't know which system is controlling the part, start by disabling one of them. Once you know which system is controlling the part, you can look into configuring it.

Could be. Resonating frequency is important in Skyrim physics. Insufficient weightpainting could make it difficult to get things moving.
