When i originally tried this mod from nexus mods, i used the scroll, it made the noise and animation like i summoned something, and nothing happened. What did I do wrong?

Did you happen to also download the Mrissi Replacer? Cause I did and I could not summon Amira until I disabled the replacer.

Yeah, the replacer disables Amira and the summon function.

That just mean the body your are using is not the same one the fur is made for. (3BA or BHUNP, No smp body)

Not sure what you want to tell us. I guess you mean 4 breasts ? That's most likely a conflict with your meshes, maybe with textures.
Check which mods overwrite Amira mod content.

Do you have M'rissi mod installed ? It could conflict with Amira as well (if you used bodyslide only with one of the mods...)

I know this very well. Don't take it personally. The follower is awesome, doesn't matter if male or female. 
I like the idea of a mirror that pulls him / her into Skyrim. Could have some random fun "randomness" comments about where she complains or is happy depending where you pulled her from....

Looks like your vanilla armor isn't 3BA ot BHUNP, The fur is actually a armor that on top of the body, so undress her or give her somthing 3BA or BHUNP compatible armor.
Or you are not using Obody and your default body preset is not built with zero preset, in which case just build the fur with what ever preset you like.

Thanks a lot, I downloaded the mod adding vanilla outfits in the BHUNP version. That helped.

Can the breast size changed, I'm using body slide to change amira fur body, but in game there's nothing changed

 

Edit; change the body using npcsetweight the breast now change but her face became weird

 

Edit2; using console disable amd enable fix her face now i can make her boob bigger

Do you have Mirai mod installed ? It could conflict with Amira as well (if you used bodyslide only with one of the mods...)

So if I use bodyslide on Mirai, it breaks Amira somehow? is the only option then to uninstall the Mirai bodyslide? It should be noted I use Obody, and for some reason after I change her preset in game it always changes back to her default after fast traveling on top of the breast issue happening as well.

I did originally, but didn't enable it. I use M'risii anyway, so it didn't work as a replacer either. Her card doesn't show up in the inv though. The scroll does, but her photo doesnt. I also got 3BA installed and it didn't change anything. Still can't summon her.

No, on my game both can be used together without issues. I meanwhile checked the mod and Amira is completely independent from M'rissi, so the bodyslide do not conflict. 
Most likely you use bodyslide settings that Amira Bodyslide does not support (there are several extensions to 3BA, I also noticed that conflicts can arise if you are not very careful selecting your 3BA default physics / non-physics meshes in Bodyslide, like missing hands because I accidently selected 3BBB instead of 3BA.

Try to build Amira only. Use something like "Zero Slider" Settings instead of your own. Save it as "amira-preset" or similar.
Then set up Amira from scratch to your liking in Bodyslide.

Possible dumb question, but I can't find the standalone 3BA body anywhere? The only one I can find is the CBBE 3BA (3BBB) mod in nexus and when I install it, there's no standalone 3ba option that I know of. What physics options did you choose?

Yes, 3BBB was the original name. Later 3BBB was extended and renamed to 3BA. Sometimes old installation with different names remain without getting noticed (happened to me a few times in the past). The name of Amira body nif is probably different to 3BA / CBBE.

If you look in the archive of Amira, you will see, that her body is standalone. This can be because she is a beast race or for other reasons. 3BA itself is a replacer mod for the PC on top of CBBE (there are ways to make it standalone too). I use meanwhile OBody, so I can have my own body without needing to install extra mods and (in worst case) even copy meshes / textures / skeletons into folders to match the new structure required for a standalone PC mod.

Regarding physics options: 3BA has it's dependencies that include physics. After you install them, they will work. Since Amira is based on 3BA, her physics will work too. You can configure physics to be completely disabled as well, so check your settings.
1) 3BA bodyslide (select Amira) -> Choose physics 
2) CBPC / SMP -> Choose physics. Try out without SMP first to rule out potential SMP issues.

anybody else having some double-booba clipping issues with the mod and the Softbody physics mod? like she has 1 set of booba on cpbc and another pair with softbody physics over them, and they keep clipping through each other
