Is it possible to configure perspective via ini file?

When I move the camera away from the Sim, the objects around him become large and he seems small. It looks unnatural. I know that the default settings cannot fix this, but maybe there are some hidden settings that would allow me to do this.

Are you doing that by pressing Tab to use camera mode?
Narrowing the field of view? (I use the camera a lot, but my camera scores are poor in tests, so I'm not sure of the appropriate term.) If so,

1. Press Tab to use camera mode. (It's better to pause.)
2. Zoom in towards the Sim by scrolling.
3. Move the camera away with the S key or something.

Would that do the trick?

 

...I've written this much, but you seem like a veteran, so I don't think that's what you're talking about. You're talking about normal play, right?
This might be the tip for narrowing the field of view.
