Loading screen every few seconds

Hey, I'm fairly new to rimworld in general, and just started modding it, I've done a lot of skyrim modding, but it feels like rimworld's a whole different ball game. Anyway, I've got a weird bug where every few seconds of gameplay it flashes to the loading screen (I believe, it's super quick, but I see a pink spiral, which corresponds with rimthemes). It's super distracting, and pretty much all the mods I'm using seem to be working as intended, other than a long load time at startup. I see some folks talking about opening it in dev mode, but I'm unsure how to do that. Any assistance for a newbie?

 

EDIT: worked through my mods, found the one causing the issue, nevermind!

found the issue, resolved.
