Looks like it might be a custom job. I found this Patreon post that looks to have a custom voiced follower of him, and one of the creators is the one that posted that screenshot on Nexus. It's paywalled though, so I can't fully confirm. They say their mods marked as early access will eventually be free to everyone, but I can't tell if this falls under that or not. Hopefully? 🤞
