Jail-masters are mostly voiced, missing just Female Coward voice type;

Innkeepers are voiced in 13 voice types, missing Female/Male Argonian, Male Commoner and Male Commoner Accented;

Guards have only 2 voices - Male Guard and Female Nord;

Dialogues about getting help unequipping devices are mostly unvoiced.
