Weird mosaic-like shadow noise appears on the skin whenever I move the camera.

I’ve tried turning off DLSS, reinstalling, and updating the graphics driver, I’ve also tried deleting all mods, but nothing works. It’s driving me nuts. Does anyone know what’s going on or has run into a similar issue?
