Having issues installing YA from BadDog with everything else

Hello I am having issues installing SOS  and YA with their base mods and addons + patches for Skyrim SE/AE
With my current knowledge I am forced to downgrade my games version from ver.1.6.113 > 1.5.97  so SOS would work for the AE/SE . the error code at the bottom is what happens when i  am trying to patch the game with the .exe i got from nexus, other than that I am getting errors of all kind like SkyUI not working or YiffyAge assets won't load,  I tried using ModOrganizer and Vortex and none seem to work, if there is someone with a public profile that they could give me I'd appreciate that, since Skyrim got the SE/AE I am having huge issues and troubles with modding.
