Command console blocked

The game added some weird quests in the upper left corner of the screen. I don't know how to exit those quests, and they are blocking the command console, I can't access it. Does anybody know how to get that off of there?

Edit: Tried to upload a screenshot twice. Says unknown server error prevented it from being uploaded.

If you click the top left corer <should be like a leaf cluster> it should minimize the quests.

It opens a giant quest window.  Doesn't offer any way to end or exit quests.
