[search] mod that removes/moves/tweaks the NPC interaction prompt

Hello, I'm looking for lightweight suggestions to remove/move/tweak the NPC interaction prompt because it often hides the body.

Ideally put it somewhere on the screen, not centered on the NPC.

 

I'm using SkyUI and TrueHud right now. Would like something that doesn't mess up with the existing

 

Any suggestions?
