Lovers Comfort mod questions

Wasnt sure where to post this, but Im using the Lovers Comfort mod, and Im just trying to figure a few things out.  My character is married to Serana, through a mod.  When I use the Lovers Comfort mod to have sex with my wife, the option that Im guessing is for a group thing (the All of us or something like that option), she always denies it, no matter how high her desire is (I dont remember the right word).  When I ask her for just the two of us, she says yes, but nothing happens unless I sleep.  However, afterwards, it seems like shes initiating the action (the strap on option is on, and she has the strap-on).  Is it because its Serana and not a default character that can be married?  Am I doing something wrong?

Just an update, tried using Lydia as a follower to see if she'd have sex with me.  Same issue.
