Stuff not showing up (or in the wrong place)

Hi there

 

I am creating a dungeon in the CK and get some weird problems.

It seems like some stuff is not showing up in the game, but it should, and other stuff appears out of nowhere. The stuff is possibly just showing up in the wrong place...since it is the same stuff who is missing and showing up in another place.

 

To understand it better, I'll show you come screenshots:

While it should look like this (I deleted the wrong stuff with the console):

 

This is how it actually looks like. There is a wall in the middle of the dungeon, and also walls on the ground which shouldn't be there.:

BTW I did remove the big thing at the end behind the door and the problem was still there.

How is that possible and  more important, how do I fix this?
