Mods don't work, how can i fix it.

I got into CK3 some time ago, so i decided to download some mods and well, whenever i load the playset, the mods don't even show up, i don't think i made any mistakes, any help is welcome.
I've dropped my load order here.

Version is 1.16.0

Do you have cloud storage or one-drive active? That breaks local mods.
Also for AGOT, use Phaze Futa AGOT

I thinkered a bit with irony manager, it's all local, i added some patches for mods but it still doesn't work

Sorry I do not use that
