That message is coming from somewhere else. Neither SlaveTatsSE-1.3.7 nor current source from nopse0/SlaveTatsNG contains the word "busy". Find where that message is coming from, then inspect that mod to find out why it thinks SlaveTats is busy. If you got no tools to do that search, I've made one specifically for finding text in Skyrim. It's available upon request.

No one else has reported that from what I can remember, but honestly it's kind of funny you ask me about that. If someone is coming at you with a knife, you wouldn't walk up to them to ask "are you about to rob or murder me?" right? You need to make your own decisions when it comes to security online.

Calculate the file checksum of the archive, to verify it hasn't been tampered with during the transfer:

SHA256: 7ed8e1a59a2dd020593ea70dab0712ab6bec7f9af0c2af634ff874f5a0928758

Just ran it through VirusTotal and 1 out of 64 scanners thought it was a problem. The 1 detection was a trojan susgen from MaxSecure, and MaxSecure is a program that flags everything executable as suspicious. Once you've verified the file checksum, you can use the hash above to search for the results on VirusTotal. Then decide what to trust.

If you want to run it without trusting me (which would be the correct answer) consider sandboxing it.
