Any caught unaware mods?

As I was playing, I had an idea. Are there any mods that makes use of the player entering and exiting various building cells? Like I make Nora enter somewhere like Backstreet apparels and when the cell loads, the raiders there are prepared at the door to ambush you at gun point, forcing you to surrender.

I could Imagine entering the building and then you see them around you telling you to drop your gun (if you've entered with one drawn) and place your hands up. They then tie you up, search you for any items to remove before stripping you and then raping you (female partners included).
