How change body parts for all sims in v185

Hey ! 

With v185 we have new Body Selector and now i can change body parts for default or for only 1 sim, but in old versions i can swap a body for all men's or womans in one click. Now i really need to change body for each sim ? I have 100+ characters.....

Not sure if you found the answer or not, but I believe in the Personalization options, as I recall there is an option to change the body of All, and also selected sims.
