Simple Mod Request

Can someone create a simple mod that triggers a dialogue option when NPCs reach 85% enthusiasm? With a line of text that says, "Do you want me to calm your anxiety?"

And the npc decides if he wants to or not, if so, a scene starts Ostim Standalone

Can someone teach me how to do it then?

1. Open the CK and add SexLabAroused.esm as a dependency.
2. Create a new quest.
3. Add a new player dialogue branch.
4. Add a new topic.
5. Check the sla_Arousal faction membership rank in the topic. The rank value range is 0-100.
