Game has started to CTD, not sure what's causing it, have error log

as the title says, my game has started to Crash to Desktop. I boot it up, his "New Game" and it crashes.

I've never been good at reading error logs, so I'm hoping someone here can help me decode it:

Things I have tried: verifying game files (planning to try it once more), uninstalling mods in the reverse order they were installed in (basically, removing the newest mods), removing possible conflicting mods (or ones I theorized might be conflicting with something).

Did you install everything as it came in TFM?

This mod involved more than others. ELFX causes that weird Vault 111 missing elevator bug by itself, so this can be removed. 

What mod organizer you using?

Does this happen only when you start a new game? In this case I always recommend to start without any mods enabled, because there are mods that must not be enabled before you leave Vault 111 the first time. After you left the Vault 111 you could make a save and begin modding. A downgraded game might need to delete CC content in your ...Fallout 4\Data folder.

 

Your mod list contains more that 330 esps + esms and that would exceed the modlimit as long as not enough esps are flagged as esl.
