Bloodfire007 Posted August 13, 2025 Posted August 13, 2025 Hi to all animators and those who want to become one. First of all, a big thank you to you and your work, without your animations WW wouldn't be what it is, so thank you. However, I (and possibly others) have the problem that some animators have named the animations that you could put in a playlist with ww in such a way that you absolutely don't know which animation belongs to which, sometimes numbers are simply missing in the enumeration and animation Anal1 does not continue with Anal2 but with Anal4 and Anal3 is then the climax etc. So that you know exactly which animations you have to put in a playlist to perform a complete sex action, i.e. from foreplay to climax, and that the animations also fit together (I hope you understand what I mean) Maybe the animators can do something about it? 🙂 Thank you 2
PeterMcPhallus Posted August 20, 2025 Posted August 20, 2025 There's a snippet of code in the tuning somewhere that can tell an animation that it is to be followed by the next animation in a sequence, so it acts kind of like a playlist. But not all of them have that, even if the some of the names imply that they should.  Some animators are better about following intuitive naming conventions than others. Some give their animations fanciful and descriptive names, some use elaborate letter and number codes, and some read like something out of 4chan. The issue is that no two animators use the same naming conventions. I have often wondered why one bothers to put 'DB' in the name, for example. If you click on a sofa, animations intended for a double bed won't show up in the list anyway, so putting 'DB' in the name is a little redundant, no?  As funny as it sounds, I think a solution would be to have something like an ISO Standard. Since the allowed participants and the author are shown by the mod itself, then make everyone use two or three character codes for set, location, context, and sequence. For example, an animation set could look like this: 01-DBD-TSG-01, 01-DBD-CNG-02, 01-DBD-BLJ-03, 01-DBD-6X9-04, 01-DBD-DOG-05, 01-DBD-DOG-06, 01-DBD-MIS-07, 01-DBD-MIS-08, 01-DBD-CMX-09. Then you'd just have to know what the codes mean. For location, you'd use LST=Loveseat, CHR=Chair, DBD=Double Bed, FLR=Floor, etc. for context, you'd use TSG=Teasing, 6X9=Sixtynine, MIS=Missionary, CMX=Climax, etc. An animation set would be indicated by the first number, and where it lands in the sequence for that set would be the last number.  You could even separate context and position/act. Because let's be honest, 'missionary' is a position, not a context, and 'rough' is a context, not a position. So with that, they could look like this: 01-DB-TSG-01-SHY, 01-DB-DOG-06-RGH, 01-DB-MIS-08-GTL, 01-DB-CMX-09-COB. Where RGH=Rough, GTL=Gentle, COB=Cum On Belly, etc.  And you'd still have room for a descriptive word or two at the end, if you felt the need for it. I bet you could guess what these would be, just based on the names: 1. 03-STN-SDG-04-RGH 2. 02-SOF-RCG-08-PAS 3. 05-DBD-BLJ-09-CIN 4. 01-SBD-6X9-08-COF  Â
