Strip Club as a small business

Just as the title suggests... It's been a while since I played having a strip club, then I just completely forgot I'd have to buy another land for it, and built it in the same lot of my house. ^^'

I think that it could be a very nice update to this kind of gameplay, so maybe you could consider the idea...(?)

 

PS.: doesn't has a way to make it work on the proper game mechanic?!
