multiple cas_part_subtype?

the new cas_part_subtype tuning is great but it looks like it only recognizes one? is that on purpose? like if a canine dick has cas_part_subtype werewolf it's available for the werewolf form but not the werewolf's human form, and if it doesn't have cas_part_subtype at all it isn't available for the werewolf form. I tried adding both werewolf and human as subtypes on the same tuning file but it only recognized the first one.

 

i can make a copy of the cas part and make one human and one werewolf but its kind of a pain, is it possible to make the part available to both?
