When I saw this scene, I thought it was a really hot looking cunnilingus animation. The way the dominatrix grabbed that submissive boy's head & go up & down on it:

 

Until I looked closely & saw that the animation of the female sim's position was suppose to be for a male sim & it is the female sim that's suppose to be at the bottom; because the mouth animation at the bottom was intended for it to suck a penis:
