Bulge mods that work with WW?

Before installing WW, I had a mod that gave my sims really massive bulges, except the problem is the mod doesn't work together with Wicked whims and any dick models are just applied to the top of that mesh.
It looks really odd and I can't find any mods that are to my liking in size, or maybe I just haven't found any. Does anyone know of one that works with WW? Or maybe could make one to take this into account?

The perverted expansion pack has a bulge that appears when clothing is on and disappears when naked (so it won't just have the bulge over the dick) however, it does conflict with some custom penis's but works well with WW. The bulge isn't huge though. Just noticeable.

Yeah, I'd want something more hyper-ish. I've linked two examples of what I have basically. Left image is all of my slider and bulk related mods, while the right image is base size with my bulge sliders turned on.
You can see why I want them bulges big, cuz the rest of the character is huge, and it looks weird when they don't have a big bulge accompanying them

Hiland watcha packin, and NarciCC, along with some other bulge slider attached to Legs slider additions package. I dunno unless you guys can suggest how I can make my own override mod that doesn't need much effort to have a bulge on everything, and have the texture correctly on any clothing. I tried editing one just for myself that did something like that, but couldn't figure out how any of the models were setup
