[search] [location] scientific lab/hospital

I'm looking for a mod that adds a location similar to the Institute in FO4 i.e. has a scientific lab/hospital/clinic feel but not as dark and dirty as dwemer ruins.

It doesn't matter whether it's lore friendly or not.

 

I've found Ayleid stuff that looks pretty nice, but wondering if anybody knew something with an even more scientific and less player home vibe - think an actual building where people could work.
