Help Import Anims to Blender Plz

iv been trying to get this to work so many times and then gave up after literal RL days of trying 

if anyone could help would be appriciated a lot

 

i got export workflow down . and started by making a simple mining animation . but what i feared happened and now the sound ques are incorrect for my animation . example in video

would be so much easier to fix if i had the original animation in blender so i can know location/frame of strike and such

 

im currently using https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/118525?tab=posts

but im pretty sure iv tried every tool i found online over the course of 3 years with no luck importing either SE or OG skyrim

 

also any place i can find info on making sexlab anims ? lol
