Where can I find this "gui hairpack" mod for this hair?

The mod author of this preset mentioned in a comment that it's "gui hairpack 6" but I have zero luck finding it anywhere online. Does anyone know where I can actually get it please? Thanks in advance

It looks like it's available online but I probably can't link it here.

 

Filename appears to be "(gui)hairpack 6月更新_cracked.7z"

 

"cracked" perhaps hinting at why it shouldn't be posted here.
