Ahhh, so we can not fix the breasts and appearance? Also can i download that mod or it would broke other sliders?

Hmm are you saying that you still see the default underwear in your CAS and not nude? If thats the case did you install Wicked Whims or had you removed it during troubleshooting just now? If there is no WW or similar mods present your sim will revert to wearing default undies. Could that be the issue?
