Body Hair auto-renables after animations start?

I made 2 new female sims and turned off body hair growth, but any time they're involved in an animation, it will add arm and leg hair. I can go into CAS and take it off, but no matter what I do (resetting sims, fixing the nudity outfits, restarting the game), they will always regrow hair if they have sex.

I've had this problem before, but I think you need to disable them in "CAS" and uncheck the automatic regrowth box, because it's possible that even if you uncheck it, the hairs could come back if the automatic regrowth box remains checked. I'm not sure, because I no longer have this problem and I haven't done anything about it.
Look in WickedWhims to see if there's anything you can do in its configuration.

On Reddit, I read that it might be due to what I mentioned in this post: "regrowth box checked."
