Familiar Faces stopped working?

So familiar faces stopped working all of a sudden. Yesterday my characters loaded in just fine. Today the game says the character data is missing, and all my characters despawn. The game DID also reset my in game settings (autosave, sensitivity, subtitles... for some fucking reason). I believe there was a popup that said to check permissions for the folder, but they should be fine. I peeked inside the vMYC folder in Documents, and all the save data is there. Don't know how to fix this big fucking mess. I didn't do a damn thing as far as I can recall.  Does anyone know how I could possibly fix this entirely resetting the mod? My save data is ALL there, the mod just won't read it. New save doesn't work either, since the data is outside the individual character.
