Custom Animation Package Doesn't get added to WW animations list

Hi all,

I'm trying to add a custom animation to WW, just a test one at this point. 

However, when I output the installed animations debug, my animation doesn't show up. I think there's something wrong with my XML but I can't work it out.

 

Doe anyone here have experience adding animation packages and can help me out?
