My sim lost pregnancy and can't become pregnant again

I have WW and MCCC. My sim is a male fairy ghost. He gave birth to one child no problem (through WW). Then he got pregnant again, but after he returned from work, his belly disappeared and he no longer was pregnant. I tried in-game cheats for straigh-up labor, but he squirmed a little and no baby appeared. 

 

I tried to go into MCCC pregnancy mode, but there are no options to insemiinate (the same for my other fairy ghost, but Spruce, for example, has these options.)

 

I downloaded the new update and my mods are up-to-date, but I can't understand what happened and how I can fix it.

So eventually I turned off ww override of other mods (which checked off my sim from being possible to get pregnant, strangely) and had the baby at the hospital. Idk which helped, but there is something definitely wrong with MCCC either for ghosts or fairies or god knows what else
