plolwat Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 Hey modders! I'm working on a new machinima series for skyrim, and one of the things I need to do is remove the dialogue from the screen. I plan to custom voice my character's replies to NPC's, so having dialogue script that obviously does not match is a huge problem. I'm not familiar with how dialogue works in the CK, but is there any way that one could move the dialogue to the lower right corner of the screen and decrease the size as much as possible, while keeping the x/y click bounds functionality for dialogue picking (or just relying on wasd to scroll down). If it was a size bit at the bottom, I could overlay a logo or something (even better would be printing out to console and having console functions advance dialogue outside the game screen). I think this would be a great tool for machinima makers to preserve immersion (mods exist to remove the HUD, health/stamina bars, etc, but not dialogue). Thoughts?
plolwat Posted January 13, 2014 Author Posted January 13, 2014 Sorry, scratch this, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18466/? does something to this effect so I'll use that.
