Basic issues with Sexout fade to black animations not initiating properly

I'm having problems with what I think is Sexout Fade To Black, whenever I initiate a sex scene through dialog nobody removes their clothes or repositions and the animation is infinite and unstoppable.

I understand I am using vortex so I'm not using the worlds preferred mod manager but I will switch if need be, load order is below. Sexoutsex is working well through smallertalk conversations but I can't find a fix to this issue. It's been a while since I set up my modlist so I wasn't as familiar with fnv modding as I am today.
