Dick through clothes

hi, i want to address people who may know a solution to my problem, the problem is that for example if you put a full set of clothes on a character, then during sex it comes off, so i want to make it so that it doesn't come off but the dick is visible, is it possible to do this? if in the vims settings you can disable taking off clothes, then the penis will not appear during sex. I don't know how to explain it any other way. in the photo on the left there is literally a dressed person lol
