Creating a Playable Race - The right way,question

Here is the mod i want to talk about

I've followed all steps list in the pdf downloaded from nexus,almost all of them are done,but the final step,I've edited the script as the pdf said.It compiled without trouble.I compile and saved it,then i go to next step.
But i'm stuck in the next step,this picture is capture from  pdf as showed below

 

 

My "raceController" property only shows "None" in the Pick object drop list,my game is latest version with all DLCs,without using other race mod yet.
Is there anything wrong with my game version or something?

 

I can't save this esp,because the quest is not edited,so,,should i download the new update of this mod

then edit it later? but the installation guide in the "RaceCompatibility for Skyrim and Dawnguard " mod

said you have to save your original esp first..

DAMN IT,that's an Officail BUG of Bugthesda,

It's very very tricky,,,,you have to CTD 2 times  before really starting to edit your quest,,,geez,,
