Seranas eyes missing after coming back from being cured.

Seranas just come back from being cured but shes come back eyeless. Anybody else had this ? Shes eyeless as vanilla and as Chooeys replacer (or any other replacer even if they are right at the end of the load order) Tried ctrl F4 in CK to regenerate her face geom , tried regenerating her facegeom for a fix as a seperate esp, tried altering her eyes in headparts in sseedit because they were still  showing as vampire even though cured and now just a regular Nord, so i thought maybe a mesh mismatch but nothing fixes it.  If i go back to an old save before she's cured, she looks fineAny ideas ?

They have mods that change Serana's appearance... read the "fine print" (the notes) of these mods to see if they have any issues with the eyes (after "healing")... or where they get the eyes from.

Some mods offer separate fixes - others refer to other (eye) mods that must be installed... which, of course, must be loaded first.

 

There are also various mods for reworking the appearance of vampires - they can also cause problems here.

First: 

This is the LE section.  Your game is apparently SE due to your reference to "sse edit."  Post your issue in the appropriate technical support forum for your game version:  https://www.loverslab.com/forum/73-technical-support-skyrim-special-edition/.

 

Second:

The eyes aren't missing, they're right there.  The eye meshes are plainly visible but the light-purple indicates a broken texture path or incompatible texture format.  First, you need to undo all the damage you've done by uninstalling and reinstalling the mod so that you can diagnose the issue properly.  Then go to \meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\Dawnguard.esm and locate the exported facegen .nif associated with the cured version of this NPC.  Open it in Nifskope and check the texture paths of the eyes.  If they appear correct in Nifskope, compare them to the textures that are set up for the eyes in the mod using xEdit/SSEedit.  If the plugin and .nif use different paths this will occur.  If that doesn't help, seek support from the author of the NPC replacer you're using in the screenshot, after verifying you have installed any of the mod's requirements (e.g. mods related to eye textures).
