This is the Darkborne Rose Armor from Black Desert Online.

Uses 3BA body, contains 3 color variants within the set. 

 

It is recommended 

to use an ENB with complex material and dynamic cubemaps enabled

 

Download 1 is dropbox, download 2 is google drive.
