Suggested Games with built in content but not an "adult game" per say?

I have modded Fallout/Skyrim a good deal to enjoy world more. However I have also enjoyed games like Conan Exiles which is more adult out of the box even without mods. What if any other RPG's have some content, nudity, sexualized characters etc, but are not strictly speaking "Adult games" Prefer open world games like those, and RPG's. Basically just looking for games for grown ups, but not an "ADULT" game per say? Is there anything else? I guess Cyber 2077 qualifies...but looking for more in that vein. Conan Exiles has been one of my favorites.

Dragon Age?

Witcher 3?

I guess it depends on how adult we're talking here. And whether or not you're talking about the open world/sanbox aspect of Conan Exiles.

Baldur's Gate 3 is an outstanding RPG, but it's isometric. It has adult themes and you can fool around with other characters in the game, but like with DA and Witcher, its closer to PG13 style stuff than straight up adult content. And none of these games is a sandbox. Witcher 3 is fairly open world, but the others are definitely not. Dragon Age Inquisition tried to dip into that, but it was more grindy than anything.

If you don't mind the isometric RPG style, then the Shadowrun Returns RPGs are real good. Tyranny was also real good and you play as the big bad evil guy's henchmen instead of a hero. These games are like BG3, though. Isometric and story driven, as opposed to action/sandbox.

If you want more goofy kinds of "adult", like immature adult style, then GTA and Saints Row would fit. (AVOID the new Saints Row)

Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines was a real good game back in its day. If you don't mind playing something older. And if you don't mind having to jump through hoops to get it to run.

And since I'm just throwing random games out there, might well throw out some of Tell Tale Games' series. Like The Walking Dead or The Wolf Among Us. These are more visual novels than RPGs, though.

Most of the games I mentioned have more depth to them, outside of GTA and Saints Row. If you consider "adult" to mean more serious and maybe darker, I'd give them a try.
