It has no effect. There are still no male NPCs to harass the male PC.

The Male NPC's will harass the male PC with the original mod but they will talk to you like your a girl. All this mod does is make it so the dialogue will call you a boy and removes the use of words that imply your a female

Sexlab Horrible Harassment Expansion LE/SE 3.82
Do you have any other mods installed?
When I play, the male NPCs in the original mod never harass male player characters.
The original mod also states that they only harass female player characters.
The forums also say that male player characters don't trigger harassment!
If there are any mods that allow male NPCs to harass male player characters, please let me know. Thank you!

Yeah i would like to know too, im not able to trigger that mod on males

Weird IDK then, when I made this mod I only had Sexlab defeat and Horrible Harrasment installed, and I got targeted maybe I changed something by accident when doing this. Ill take a look again and see if I changed something other than Dialogue but I make no promises
