My Sims is set as being pregnant but is not

Hi ! My sims seems to be stuck in a fake pregnancy mode. She never had sex, i just started the game with her, and i have the last update from the WhickedWhisms. There's action i can't do because of this (like running or doing yoga) and i don't know what to do... I tried repairing the game, install the mods again, do it without the mods as well ... nothing works !

There is a new The Sims 4 pregnancy bug in the recent patch. Not sure if related with your case.

I don't know, all i can tell is that it affects also men (created a male sims and can't make him run because he is pregnant) but it's stopping me in the quests to unlock goodies ungoing 😭

I had the same problem, and made a mod that fiddles a bit with the test set run to determine pregnancy as it stopped my sim from doing workouts and stuff. I attached it here, you can try it and see if it solves your problem as well...
