reh777 Posted July 7, 2025 Posted July 7, 2025 skeleton mod issue I solved my skyrim se t-pose (A-pose?) problem by reloading my skeleton (XP32 Maximum Special Extended). And moving it to the very bottom of my (about 200 mods) mod list in MO2. What was happening was that my skeleton mod was up near the top of my mods (top mods get overwritten by mods that follow them/lower in mod order). i.e. ModA with mod order say, 35 gets over-ruled by modB with mod order say, 36. So...my char was stuck in t-pose (A-pose?). I tried LOOT/FNIS for users, etc etc Only after I made my XP32 skeleton the very last mod to install and so with the highest (biggest #) priority number, did my Player char have animation. (run, walk, hit, block, etc). R 1
